Love this monitor! Very user friendly. Only issue is we’ve been using it for 3 months and it does not seem to charge past 2 bars no matter how long it is left on the charger, causing me to have to plug it into the charger so many times during the day which is annoying and defeats the purpose of traveling throughout our home with the monitor in hand.
Updated review: after leaving this initial review, customer service (hi Michael!) was so quick to reach out to me. They were incredibly helpful and even offered to replace the product without having the deal with sending back the original. I am so thankful that they took the time to read my review because I truly do love this monitor. So far, the new product is working just fine. I think my favorite thing about this monitor is how simple and user friendly it is.
